FlightNetwork was finding that quite a few consumers were searching for flights but then leaving the site without making a reservation.
The Solution
In order to reach out to these hesitant customers, FlightNetwork asked iGoDigital to implement abandoned cart triggered emails. Since FlightNetwork was already working with ExactTarget for email services, they were thrilled that iGoDigital could integrate with ExactTarget to produce the triggered emails.
