The Challenge
Cruiser Customizing came to iGoDigital because they found that it was difficult to sell motorcycle parts online to their target audience, who is not especially tech-savvy. Therefore, they wanted to implement personalization in order to make the user experience as enjoyable and efficient as possible.
The Solution
iGoDigital implemented both email and web recommendations for Cruiser Customizing. Using our Customer Intelligence Engine, we are able to store the user's motorcycle make and model in their user profile. This allows us to make recommendations that match the make/model combination and minimize customer confusion.
