The Challenge

Tervis had a unique challenge with its product catalog. What distinguishes their product offering is not necessarily the wide range of products, but the wide range of customization options. Each customization option was not represented by its own unique identifier in the catalog, making it difficult to produce effective recommendations.

The Solution

iGoDigital helped Tervis alter their product catalog to include all the customizable attributes for each base line tumbler. Then we looked at view-based behavior and used that knowledge to recommend baseline products customized with the shopper's favorite combination of attributes. This project also required an understanding of licensing and branding restrictions - iGoDigital made sure to not recommend products with those restrictions.

The DDF brand was interested in providing users with a premium eCounseling tool that not only supplied users with the right products for her but also provided her with valuable knowledge and tips about her skin and how to care for it.

The Solution

iGoDigital provided an in-depth eCounseling tool that provides the user with a full consultation experience. After each question the user answers, she receives valuable skin care information and tips relating to her selection. At the end of the consultation she receives a personalized product protocol, a summary of her skin advice, as well as the opportunity to either purchase her protocol or share her recommendation.
