The heart of the Customer Intelligence Engine is the iGoDigital RTA (Real-Time Analytics) Engine which provides real-time observation of a customer's activity and interest. Just like a helpful in-store sales person, we observe which products and content are of interest to the customer and we utilize this information within the Customer Intelligence Engine to more accurately predict additional products and content of interest.

We also believe products are as unique as the people who buy them so the Customer Intelligence Engine assesses a product's attributes in real-time to understand the specific features a customer is seeking. The Customer Intelligence Engine uses a combination of fixed and derived attributes to drive the most accurate results possible.

In addition to the RTA and Product Attribute Collection, the Customer Intelligence Engine utilizes offline data such as purchase history and loyalty program data to build a complete profile of each and every customer.
