Director of Engagement Management
The Director of Engagement Management is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale client engagements and/or multiple smaller engagements for a single client. The Director is often the primary client contact as well as the iGoDigital team leader, which requires the ability to effectively balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. This is a detail oriented role that requires superior project management skills, flexibility, resiliency and the ability to manage client expectations through proactive communication, status reporting and scope management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of our product recommendation solutions to client sites according to an established deployment project plan
- Establish project deliverables, detailed deployment timeline, and project success criteria. Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and external to meet/exceed project expectations.
- Coordinate and enforce deployment schedule, integration approach, and corresponding budget. Work with engineering/IT, product management, and business teams to ensure client's technical, operational, and service requirements are met
- Review overall project status with assigned clients on a regular basis, in the form of conference calls or onsite meetings as required. Take ownership of meeting deployment according to plan
- Serve as the primary point of contact to the client, handling technical or business escalations and ensuring timely issue resolution
Required Skills
Technical:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience managing teams and technology initiatives through project management applications (e.g., MS Project, GANTT charts, etc.)
- Proficient in consumer analytics, such as analysis of average order values and conversion rates
Professional:
- Strong professional services and client relations skills. Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service), eCommerce, and/or consumer-oriented online services is a plus.
- Experience with defining, documenting, and adhering to professional services best practices within a fast paced, growing company
- Extensive experience with producing/maintaining detailed project plans and providing customer-facing presentations at the Director/VP level
- Experience managing mid cap to top tier ($5B+) client relationships following contract execution – from service integration to ongoing relationship management and support
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with a diverse customer base ($100M - $5B+)
- Extremely detail oriented
- Willingness to travel to client HQs for Quarterly Business Reviews, and periodically as required.
Required Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional services and/or account management experience, with a preferred focus on the Saas (Software as a Service) or eCommerce industry
- Successful track record managing multi-million dollar accounts at the VP level or higher, from product delivery to ongoing strategic support
- Strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Creative, consultative, and a strong communicator with the ability to build exceptional relationships and grow business
- BA/BS required, technology or business degree preferred
- Some travel is required (15-30%)

Interactive Designer
As an Interactive Designer, you will be responsible for the creative strategy and production of our Interactive Selling Tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong professional services skills. Experience with hitting deadlines. Experience with eCommerce, and/or consumer-oriented online services is a plus.
- Strong experience and proficiency with CSS/HTML/Flash
- Experience with designing within detailed customer style guidelines within a fast paced, growing company
- Extensive experience with producing/maintaining detailed wireframes, comps, and production ready art files

Sales and Marketing Intern
iGoDigital is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated Junior or Senior for a summer position as a Sales and Marketing Intern. The Intern will be responsible for lead generation, initial sales contacts, and marketing activities. You will work with the iGoDigital sales staff to learn about our software products and sales processes and will help spread the word about iGoDigital’s offerings. iGoDigital’s provides software products and services to some of the largest online retailers such as Best Buy, Dell, Amazon.com, and Nokia.
Daily Responsibilities
Although activities will vary from day to day, tasks will involve about 80% sales activities and 20% marketing activities:
Sales:
- Lead Generation
- Initial Prospect Contact (email / phone)
- Email Marketing
- Proposal Writing
Marketing:
- Press Release Writing and Distribution
- Case Study Creation
- Social Strategies (Twitter, Blogs, Etc)
Requirements
Candidate should have the following experience/skills:
- Current Junior / Senior Status or a Recent Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role
- Ability to quickly learn and innovate
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
